Very helpful seller, had a few problems setting it up, and he replied very fast with really helpful advice - I found the problem was mine, not the box (new scart cable needed). For the price, the box is solid, well made and good value and works well getting me extra ASTRA 2 freesat HD channels that I can watch on my old SD tv set. Remote is OK if you point it directly at the box.

Bought it because old box could not receive HD. Delivered on time and undamaged. Very reasonable price. It works fine with my old dish [Area 2 - not SKY]. Few anxious moments during set up when I thought it doesn't work. Remember to turn on the power switch at back of box! Doh! Very pleased with purchase. Highly recommend seller d_store.

It has HDMI and coaxial digital audio. There's also SCART which displays HD channels in SD so it will cope with the BBC's upcoming change to HD. It's described as Freesat and it easily tunes all the Free to Air (FTA) channels, but you'll be disappointed if you expect it to have sorted them into order. So plan to also spend a lot of time shuffling the channels. Nevertheless it's absolutely great value!

The TEKNIKAL DS-021 set up was a breeze although we will have to rename and reorder some of the channels because there appear to be multiple channels with the same name. I guess they may be regional variations. The picture is great and the controls easy to use.
I did contact the supplier about something but they resolved my worries promptly and seem a good supplier. I will certainly use them again.
