Definitely worth watching,it has a great cast and a very good story line. Out of the 8 major films directed by Quentin Tarantino this I believe to be his third best, Inglorious Basterds and Django unchained will never be bettered in my opinion but this film is also a credit to him. Please watch this film with an open mind, it is very slow and a wee bit confusing to start with but well worth sticking with. almost a masterpiece, one that will be staying in my movie collection.

The camera work and panoramic views worked well enough but the gratuitous violence, in particular that meted out to the female prisoner, and buckets of blood approach in general, overwhelmed what should have been a good story and film.

The packaging was really thin and with this ending up being punctured. There was a puncture hole in the DVD case also but thankfully the DVD was not damaged. I did want a really good second hand copy (that’s why I paid the price I did) but with the damage it’s now not! Disappointing Maybe

Tarrantino at his very best ( again ). This is a western, who dunnit, with blood and guts (literally ). All star cast including Tim Roth, Kurt Russell and Samuel L Jackson and John Derne. This is a fantastic film from second one to the very end. Come on Quentin, when is No.9 coming out?

A great atmosphere and a wonderful score from Morricone lead us into a story where, what appears to be a disparate group of people take refuge from a worsening snowstorm. The events that play out as the trapped characters motivations are gradually revealed is always engrossing.
