Great stuff from a great band!
This is a must purchase for any Lizzy fan! For many this is the classic Lizzy line-up, Lynott, Downey, Gorham and Robertson and this album is a good precursor to the now infamous Live and Dangerous album. This one is a little raw but it is great and Phil's voice is as rich as ever. If you are a Thin Lizzy fan you will not be disappointed with this CD. This is a professionally produced CD with lot's of photos of the band from circa '75 and the inner sleeve comments are from Brian Downey in 2008. From comments on the CD it was obviously meant for a radio broadcast from one of the greatest bands on the road.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This album captures Thin Lizzy on the cusp of breaking through into their golden era. It is the sound of a band getting their act together and is captured pre-Jailbreak. Already a tight and professional act the guitars sound great and the songs from the Fighting album showcase Phil Lynott’s voice and storytelling talents. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this album.
