As we informed them, that parcel was not delivered and provided, tracking number and picture from suppose delivery that was showing wrong location and wrong parcel. They're still say the parcel was delivered and can't get a refund for them. We order mig welder which is big parcel and the picture is showing a tiny one and different location.Follow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Had an issue with the order, it wasn't delivered, fault was on parcel delivery company side. Ebay didn't a bit, closed the case and didn't want to refund the money. However the seller resolved it professionally, refunded the full amount. Great communication. Highly recommended!
