    Good for the price, be careful though.

    These sockets are good quality for the price, and very easy to set up and control, the usb port is a handy addition too. I would agree with the review about the wire anchoring screws, they don't have very good heads, you have to be careful screwing them in, take your time! I can't agree with the fact the holes for the wires being small, they seem to be the normal size (which always seems a bit small anyway). One thing I must point out though, the screws provided to secure the socket to the patress box are NOT standard size, they won't fit an existing box, so if replacing an existing socket make sure you keep the old ones.

    Good but be aware.

    The socket works well and provides individual switching. A couple of things to note though. 1. Earthing is individual. As I understand it ;this does not comply with BS standard. Make sure you cross earth. 2. Screws provided do not fit existing 3. The front panel is 3 or 4mm larger than a standard socket. If placing flush on a wall then its fine but if fitting into an exact space to replace a tight socket it may not work for you. 4. The usb charger is not smart

    The terminals are not large enough to accommodate the cables used in a standard final ring circuit. The design of the detachable front plate causes problems with subsequent removal. The constant green indicator light is a distraction which should be removed.

    Front face only held on by small clips a...

    Front face only held on by small clips and flimsy , 1 broke off first time putting it on, screws that came with it wrong size for UK. UK plugs hard to put in. Have taken them back off and replaced them with BG ones.
