DELIVERY
At SPARES2GO, we offer free fully tracked economy delivery for all UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Typically most shipments arriving via free tracked shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days. WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. Fits perfectly on numatic hose. Picks up better than flat head attachment on carpets/rugs and brings up pile nicely. Air vent/slider on top is fab - open a little to stop rug getting sucked up but still cleans well. Second one I've bought as daughter claimed my first one!

    Really good tool for the Henry vaccum. Five stars from me.

    As someone who derrives joy from the little things in life, this puchase has been really good. I was a bit concerned that being best value of the turbo brushes for the Henry, that quality was going to suffer, but that isn't the case at all. The carpet in my son's room is really difficult to clean, before this purchase I had to get down on my hands and knees with the small tool and do the whole carpet that way. With this new attachment everything is lifted from the carpet with no need for that. Really big stuff will jam the turbo bush, such as when I tired to vaccum up packing peanuts, however the blockage was easlity removed via a clip off panel on the turbo brush.Five stars from me for this buy.

    Look the part but isnt

    Good hard plastic. Looks really good. But unfortunately the brushes don’t do a very good job. The normal flat head drags up more hair etc than this does. Used it for roughly 1 minute before putting back on the old head. I have 3 daughters all with long hair and also like to play dolls and was hoping to get up more hair from my carpets but alas no. My original red head broke hence buying this, but think I’ll just buy another branded one as this one is completely useless

    No good for pet hairs - but okay product

    This is an okay product. I was hoping it would help with dog hair on the carpet, which is does impart, but keeps having to be taken apart and cleaned, as the hairs get into the workings.

    Great item for the price

    I bought this item to improve the performance of my Hetty vacuum cleaner. For the price I wasn't expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised with the way it performed. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone who is considering purchasing a new more powerful cleaner. Try this first, it could save you a lot of money.
