A pale immitation of the oringinal group recordings. Nothing wrong with the cd, case broken. I am finding this an ongoing issue with cds. either the outer hindge is broken or the inner disc holder is broken, as in this case.

What a great album with no duffs and some real gems. Arthur Lee's genius was to make original, timeless and creative melodies which drip in to your mind before you realise their often deeper more menacing meanings. Four Sail is no different and despite the tumultous background to the album's creation it has some of Lee's finest work. August, Good Times, Talking in my sleep and Always see your face in particular grab the attention. Im my opinion one of Love's better albums and certainly one of the greatest albums to have come out of the 60's.
très bon album avec arthur lee dans sa meilleur forme. un nouveau backing band à l'époque avec de très bon musiciens. à écouter particulièrement, le magnifique "always see your face"
The last Love album and in many ways superior to Forever Changes. The production is tight and polished, the music well up to standard.Foursail never sold as well as the critically acclaimed Forever Changes however it should be in every LOVE fan's collection. A great CD.
Some great songs and the musicianship is superb, such a pity it did not continue. The standout track is August, typical Arthur Lee but allied to blistering guitar and out there drums and bass, play this loud. All in all well worth buying. Would recommend this to everyone, not just friends.
