Purchased this printer as a replacement for my old Anet A8 as I required a reliable printer with a large build volume, that was easy to set up - and I was not disappointed. The parcel was packaged to a very high standard. The Geeetech A30 was a breeze to build and setup, with clear and easy to understand instructions. Was up and running in less than 15 minutes! Print quality was exceptional, overall I am extremely happy with the printer. The included filament however was not enough to complete either of the test prints included on the sd card, but this is a minor issue really. Value wise this printer is an absolute winner. Would highly recommend this printer to beginners and novices alike.

This could be a great machine and I hope it will become one, but it has been a problem child so far. Be prepared to replace the extruder and spend a lot of time perfecting your slicing. It's my 3rd printer and has so far been the most problematic but, I think, will be good in the long run. It's easy to put together but I wouldn't recommend it for the beginner. The Geeetech forum is reasonably helpful and better parts for it are not expensive.

First of all, the Geeetech A30 has a decent sized build volume 320 x 320 x 420 mm, it has an LCD and a semi-automatic bed-leveling procedure. The printer does assist you and you still have to turn the screws but here’s an optional automatic bed-leveling option that you can buy, other plus points are - Filament detection sensor: Power Outage Resume: Optional Wifi 3D Printing: The printer was easy to build, as most parts of the come with all the plugs and parts are clearly labeled. Overall I am very happy with this printer and have already designed and printed various items.
