Great folding bench for home use. Quite sturdy for the construction. I'm a big guy so i knocked up a few more legs for extra stability but i can't complain. There's cheaper benches out there (i've had a few) but this one is more comfortable and stable and for the price it's definitely worth it. Also means i can train at anytime that suits me and i don't have to worry about going down to the gym if i'm too busy to get there. It folds up nicely as well with minimal effort, so for me it's a winner! Word Of Warning: Don't expect it to be like the weight benches you get down the gym. Read the description and do your homework. If that's that's the sort of bench you're after then this bench is not for you.

Not as big as I expected but that is my fault for not looking at dimensions. Ideal for moderate use or as a starter. They do state it's the baseline product. But for the price it's very good value and well made. Didnt take long to assemble quite straight forward. If you're over 14 stone I'd go for a bigger model as I'm 13 stone its a bit shakey when doing bench press. But cant really fault it. As they say you get what you pay for. So no complaints from me.

Excellent quality, wouldn't know it wasn't new. Easy to assemble. It is quite narrow so probably not for a large person. I'm 5ft 8 and skinny so suits me fine. Great that I can attach weights to the leg lift as well. Arrived promptly,well packaged. All nuts bolts etc clearly packaged and labelled.

It does the job for the money I guess and comes with great instructions for assembly which made it possible for even a flat pack failure such as myself to put together. However, don’t be sold by the offer of 3 x positions for incline bench. The highest position is at 30 degrees which is perfect, however the height of the support arms would makes it impossible for even an Oompa Loompa to get underneath the bar. The middle position is also a tight squeeze so the ergonomics of the bench just seem to be off. Apart from that I can’t complain for the money.

Instructions for assembling the bench are extremely easy to follow and well explained. The bench itself works brilliantly and does not take up too much space. Only slightly negative comment I have but still doesn’t take away from how good the bench is, is that the stands for the barbell are quite narrow meaning that when performing a bench press you naturally have to take a wider grip. Apart from that I have no other bad comments. Materials used are of good quality, padded areas are comfortable and it’s at a good height.
