MGB replacement battery
I used this battery to replace the 2 x 6v batteries in my 1971 MGB Roadster. It fits comfortably in one of the battery cages at a 75% cost saving overbuying 2 x 6v batteries. It also has made connections much simpler and makes a significant weight saving. So far, I have noticed no problems: it cranks the starter motor with ease.

Great little battery. It has a greater power rating than the one it replaced. The starting speed is very much more powerful on the starter motor. A good purchase at a reasonable price.

Varta B36
This B36 battery fits exactly in the battery cradle designed for a 6v battery, without any modifications to the battery cradle. So now I have a single 12v rather than two 6v batteries. The B36 also has a higher CCA than the two 6v, and is considerably better value than two 6v batteries.
