Luckily The Steering Specialist's had my back and were able to send me a rack already refurbished. Replacement rack was delivered immediately by courier. Great communications throughout, clearly a well organised and professional company. No complaints at all. Only bad point was parcel force's poor customer service, asked to be left with a neighbour via their automated system, this didn't happen 2days in a row then they "delivered" it to the post office (only open 9-5).
