This is my second one. I own the 4 cup and just had to buy the 8 cup for when I have guests. Coffee just tastes so much better than pour over or automatic drip. No buying filters, I compost my grinds, coffee stays hot, easy to clean. BB&B wants like $100 bucks for the same product. This stainless model is my first press and I researched with consumer reviews and they rated the stainless press the only way to go and I am so glad that I never owned a glass press AND thank you to the gentlemen in Costco who told me that pressing coffee was the only way to go!

Wish this made 12 cups of coffee, closer to 8 cups when filled with water and coffee grounds. Also wish it had an interior water level line to indicate how much to add. Does have a nice sleek appearance.

This is a large and simple design. The only drawback is the thin cover and the fact it doesn’t completely close when twisted. I have a higher quality press but this one does the job when I need more servings. Definitely recommend for a affordable press.

I've had a lot of coffee makers, some good some not so good; the 12 cup coffee press is what I have been looking for. It makes great coffee easy. i boil enough water for two presses so my airpot is ready for refills. coffee for coffee lovers.

So far I have made coffee twice with this and am still experimenting to get the flavor right. You may have to increase the amount of grounds if you like your coffee strong because the instructions that come with it left the coffee rather weak to me. But it's easy to use and clean and it looks nice.
