Easy to use
It's very easy to use but it didn't come with a recipe book which was rather disappointing. My first batch of waffles came out a bit thin. I then used another recipe and it was bit better. It would have been good if a tried and tested recipe had been included together with this machine.

takes long time to cook and does not brown well
I had very powerful iron waffle maker- but it only made one. As a family, we have decided to buy a double one so that we can make more in one go. That aspect is great but this does not cook as well as I would like it to be. A bit disappointing for 1200W machine.

Can't fault it, does it's job perfectly, only took 5 or 6 minutes to cook 2 waffles perfectly. I did spray with a little oil first though and don't be tempted to lift the lid for a peek before a few minutes have passed.

Brilliant item, easy to use, good non-stick. I have used to make sweet waffles and potato waffles. Only negative is that plates aren’t removable to clean, but for price this isn’t a problem, I just use a wash brush when it’s hot.

Great waffle maker
Brilliant as it makes 2 at a time. They are fairly large waffles. So if you want mini waffles, go for the smaller waffle makers. I only gave it 4* as it does not have a clasp to hold it dlen tight, but honestly doesn't affect the outcome. Waffles come out great. Good buy for such a low price.
