Pretty good quality and great to have a heavier weight than most of the options out there. The only drawback is they are *huge.* I was expecting something roughly the same size as the lighter ankle weights I have but just a heavier material, but these are massive and as such have a hard time staying on. They fall right off when I try to walk or run with them, but they're great for adding some heat to leg presses, "donkey kicks" etc.

The Straps Are Just Glued, Or Heat Melted Together And After Just A Few Workouts The Seam Where The Strap is Joined Lets Go And The The Part That Sticks The Velcro Is No Longer Useable. I Am Going To Have To Try And Sew It Back Together But I Am Doubtful If Sewing It Would Make It Strong Enough To Hold The 5 Pounds Of Weight.

Do the math. It is supposed to be adjustable down from 5 lbs. However there are only 4 sections and individual weights to manipulate. You cannot divide 5 into even increments with only 4 pockets and each sand bag weighs over 1 pound. If I want 3 pounds I cannot get it . If I use 3 sand bags it weighs about 3 3/4 lbs. If I use 2 sand bags I have about 2 1/2 pounds. Too bad because it is fairly well made and looks to be durable. I can tell it must have been made in a country that uses metric measurements.

These were totally worth what I paid, very comfortable, they only slide around my ankles because I have ankles the size of a middle school kid 🤣 they definitely add an extra punch to my workouts though!
