Returns:
We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service available, however if you not be 100% satisfied with the goods you receive please refer to the following below.
1. Please contact us on 01274 031329 or email us at sales@fkbinteriors.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving goods.
2. All goods should be received back in our office within 14 days of receipt of goods.
3. Please ensure when receiving goods that packaging is not damaged in anyway, please do not accept delivery for any damaged goods as any refunds will be affected. If the customer has 'simply changed their mind' upon receipt of goods they shall be responsible for all shipping costs and any loss or damage on the return journey and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from any refunds. Please note that this does not affect your Statutory Rights under the Sales of Goods Act 1979.
 
Damaged in transit items.
1. All goods should be checked within 48 hours against damage in transit.
2. Failure to report this to us within this time frame may make any claims void.
3. You can report any damage by phone on 01274 031329 or by email at fkbinteriors.co.uk
 
Guarantee
All of our guaranteed products come with at least 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated. For any product faults within the guarantee period the customer should firstly contact the manufacturer of the product. Please ensure that you have registered the product first.
