Hi, just wanted to tell you all how good this product is, scissors and knives all razor sharp. When I started sharpening my knives even after 4 - 5 passes they were still blunt, then I realized that I had been sharpening them by hand on a stone for several years, although reasonably sharp the profile was wrong. Gave them a few more passes through the machine and they were perfect, so good in fact that I have cut my finger on one whilst doing the paper test. A great product, not cheap but worth every penny. The Work Sharp
This product will sharpen your knives etc to a razor finish. Good instructions come with it and you can be using it in a few minutes. Suggest you practice on an old knife first as it is not difficult to get a good edge on a knife but putting a really even edge on a knife takes a few minutes of practice.
