Paid for this item on the 5th of May for a birthday that was on the 16th of May, Today the 23rd of May the seller still has not delivered this order and flat out refuses to refund my money after 18 days of me informing him repeatedly that this order has not been delivered, See attached pictures, l say "item not delivered". ebay says "item not delivered", royal mail says "item not delivered" yet seller still refuses to refund? Shockingly bad service. AVOID!
