    I placed this order on April 13 and it was scheduled to arrive by April 20. On April 27, when it still hadn't arrived, I sent the seller a message. On May 1, he replied that "I just saw your order now. I check regularly but didn't see it before. Looks like you got refunded by ebay. Sorry for any inconvenience." I am extremely disappointed by the entire experience with this seller. Save yourself the headache of having to file a complaint and just order elsewhere.

    I only sell a few items on eBay a year. It is not a store front for me. I recently have been selling Qwirkle tiles for 99 cents each so my volume went up. I try to stay up with the orders, but missed one of the sales notifications. That was with juliek325 who got disproportionately upset. I apologized and explained the situation as you can see in her complaint. She immediately got refunded. Unfortunately that was not sufficient for her. I am still puzzled by her angry response over the issue.

    The shipping charged for this item was $2.95 but the value put on the envelope was only 0.78. Total shipping cost was actually $4.25. I requested a refund for the $2.17 that was not placed on the envelope. After more than a week, my message was never acknowledged.

    I do not understand your request. According to your logic, you should have paid more shipping than you did but you want money back and gave me a negative review because you saved money on shipping? What? You also weren't charged for my time or materials which I took a loss on so you could get the best price for a Qwirkle tile on the internet. Beware of this buyer who is a Karen and gets mad when she pays less than she thinks she should have paid. Very weird buyer.
