    Getting started was a tad dodgy. Diagnostics option gives the impression there is a serious fault until a car model is updated onto the device, despite the iCarSoft web-site saying that all devices are ready to run when shipped. Web-site is a bit confusing (including non-existent links). Manual is no help in updating the device. Computer dialogue to get the update program to work is also unhelpful. Once past these initial hurdles the device works well.
