VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I washed the in boiling water to sterilise and clean it and the bottom promptly broke off!! There is nothing in the description to indicate why one cannot do so - and it’s a milk bottle. Duh! Sent a message on 18th May to the seller to ask advice on next steps. Unfortunately I was away to pick up my messages in time. Got ZERO REPLY and it appeared the seller’s, “next step,” was to await the returns close window on 24th May and avoid addressing the issue.
