As-good-as-it-gets rear derailleur in my view, if one considers that Dura Ace will only save a small amount of weight but otherwise is designed and working exactly the same. This is my review of the previous generation Shimano Ultegra 11-speed rear derailleur. Day in, day out, shifting is extremely reliable, with instant and very satisfying gear changes. I have been using this derailleur on another bike for 6,000km, and if correctly set up never seems to malfunction. I never had the chain coming off and have had faultless shifting even under load all the time. Shifting further improves at high cadences. If one can live with the minimal extra weight compared to the Dura Ace equivalent and with the previous Ultegra generation's 11-speed, this is a perfect derailleur.
