My second stair had a notch from the bottom spindle and they contacted me to co firm the measurements. Everything arrived well packaged and courier left in my safe place as agreed. I'm very happy with the install (can't factor in for 1960's wonky staircase) but a little oak coloured silicone filler down the edges and it's perfect. 100% recommend this company if you won't a quality, stylish and affordable upgrade to your stairs.
