May I take this opportunity to reply from a sellers perspective I take full responsibility that the doors have not been delivered in the a timely manor but I have kept the buyer informed every step of the way, may I say that we are living in unprecedented times, in and out of lockdown over the past year which has in turn has had a knock on effect on staffing levels and sourcing wood and supplies. I have not given empty promises but just simply told the facts as I had them at the time
