Bought this kettle to use in my camper - wanted one that was not too big and not too high wattage so that it tripped out the electric hookup on campsites - this is only 900 watts , so should be fine . Seems well made - pours well - and even though it is relatively low powered , boiled in about 6 or 7 minutes , which is fine as far as I'm concerned . At £9.99 including postage - very good value in my opinion .

Its good for what it cost but not the best design. The filter in the spout tends to fall in the water as it boils. I used it a few times but have put it away for a stand by in case my other one gives up.

It is ideal for one person to make one cup of drink without the high cost of electricity associated with using a large, high powered kettle; around 2.5 minutes to boil enough water for a drink with some left to rinse-out the cup or mug. A great feature is that it lifts off the base meaning that it does not need unplugging every time you need to fill it or make your drink. A good kettle all round.

This compact kettle holds enough water for 2 large mugs - just the size I wanted. It pours well and is very light weight. Very happy with this product.

This has just the capacity that we needed, and it performs well. I wasn't t expecting rapid boiling, given its power rating, but the performance is well in line with the quoted power, and it cuts off fairly quickly once it boils. The kettle lifts off cleanly from the base, and is easily relocated, and it pours well. Altogether just what I was looking for, and if you want a 1 litre capacity auto-cutoff kettle I would reccomend this.
