Hamilton Music Stands - An American Standard

The Hamilton Double Bass Stand is a quality product that will hold your instrument securely while allowing one to perform without removing the Bass from the stand! Cons: The Hamilton model does not have a hook to hang your bow. :-( Aside from the Double Bass Stand, I highly recommend the Hamilton Guitar Stands. Hamilton Guitar Stands are extremely stable and very difficult to upset. The best feature is that the stand hangs the guitar from the neck as opposed to cradling the body. This is the proper way to rest your guitar! The center of gravity is such that it very hard to tip it over. One of the most stable stands ever, one would have to intentionally wish to knock the stand over! This is great news for all guitarist especially those on a small, crowded stage. I can't tell you how many times the Hamilton saved my electric Bass from hitting the floor! The stands are "all in one" and do not have to be taken down into several pieces to stow in your bag; they collapse within themselves in a convenient one piece design. Strong. Stable. Quality build. Good stand for the Yamaha SLB100 or SLB200
I purchased this stand after a post I found about it related to Yamaha Silent Bass. I was a bit skeptical about it because it looked weak.
