What might we find if humans tried to live at the bottom of the sea..besides Trouble!
The Abyss is one of the Great "immersion films" of all time.. Tense, trapped, fighting for survival at the bottom of the sea from a rescue mission gone bad... Underwater Habitat, like a space station under the ocean.. gives a sense of "being there", one can feel the pressures! the "director's cut"..although normally not an improvement..this time it pulls it off.. a little more time for getting personally involved with the viewer makes it even more special than the theatre version.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

One Dramatic Movie,That's Stood The Test Of Time.
I finally found this film in full screen, it took me forever, but Ebay had it. It is an excellent movie that is very emotional in some scenes with excitement from beginning to end. It includes some comedy, drama, adventure, and mostly action. This is one movie that belongs in your DVD library.
