Camera was repaired by myself in a very short time, you have to know what you are doing.
As A long time collector of this paticular format from sony, this was there best camera in their (MicroMV) format, the one with the highest spec and the most features. the bad side of this odd little format Sony tried out, was that in order to get 60 min on one tiny tape they cut the bit rate in half from standard DV format, ie 12, thus rendering all standard dv software unuseable with this camera, the sony software included with the camera was reasonable for home and domestic editing. Movie-shaker 3.1 was it`s name.Verified purchase: Yes
