Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa
The cocoa is velvety smooth with a rich aroma and flavor. Once you try it, you will never use another brand. It seems light while mixing ingredients but bakes nice a dark. I use it in my famous chocolate cakes, brownies, and cookies mostly and people rave about them. We are just opening a bakery and Rodelle is all we will use.
