Really Enjoyable Hot Tub / Spa
We bought ours from this seller in May 2017. It arrived on the day specified. First of all , read the instructions thoroughly and watch the video. It took only a few minutes to unpack and about an hour to set up and then another hour to fill. Heating takes about 2 degrees per hour. We have enjoyed ours a lot , particularly in the hot weather. You will need to buy chemicals to keep it clean, we bought a small nylon sieve for £1 to clear out things like pollen and small insects that get in. Rainwater does collect on the cover, just bale it out and use it on the garden. We use ours almost daily, probably not for you, if you only intend use it occasionally , say every two or three weeks. We have had BBQs with family and friends and they cannot wait to use it, have trouble getting them out. We have found it very refreshing, our ideal temperature is 36c, but 31 or 32 is quite acceptable. Have towels and what have you handy, it can seem cold getting out. We use our conservatory as a changing room, so no wet feet through the house. In summary, this is one of the best things we have bought for the garden. Good product, let down by filter design
I have been using the spa for about two weeks. On the whole, it is of good quality, and works very well. However, it has gone out of shape a little due to the weight of water in it, so don’t take too much notice of the published external dimensions as the tub will “grow”. The supplied cover is useful for keeping out leaves etc, but being flat captures rainwater very quickly. A better cover is needed if being kept outside. The other major problem is the filter. The instructions give dire warnings about always having the filter attached to prevent debris being sucked into the pump inlet... So why are there 6 large holes in the end of the filter. It took me a week, and several expensive replacement filters to realise that these holes were the sole cause of the inlet clogging with hair, fluff etc. and automatically turning off the heating element every night. The answer in my case was to place a piece of stocking over the end of the filter. The modified filter now captures twice as much debris and the tub hasn’t switched itself off once.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A awesome hot tube
Very easy to set up DVD helps a lot to get started setting it up. Hot tub keep temperatures very well and the bubbles are nice a powerful. Very well made lots of room. Do bare in mind the bubbles are quite noise other than that it is very quiet. Highly recommend. And all so when it is set up with water put the cover over it straight way. so the water can get to temperature more easily it will take all night to get to the right temperature. Super portable and easy to set up
So easy to unpack and put up, it was easy to inflate filled it up and waited for it to heat up. I bought a chemical startup kit as well so changing the water would be less frequent. Don't forget it needs a solid level surface, I put mine on its own deck. It's now around two weeks and no problems at all. I leave the heat and filter on all the time, making sure the cover is on to stop heat loss when not being used. I would recommend this spar to anybody who wants a 2+2 spar. Very good value.
We were thinking of buying a Hot Tub and wasn't very keen on an inflatable one, as there was so many bad reports about some makes not being as good as the companies make out. We came across this company by looking around, and the reviews that were given about these Hot Tubs excuse the pun we decided to go ahead and take the plunge. We put ours up yesterday and used it last 09/08/16 for the first time. It is the best thing we ever bought as we have had above ground swimming pools before which didn't last very long. We recommend this company to anyone that is thinking of buying an inflatable Hot Tub so easy to inflate and when the required temperature reached so comfortable to sit in. Superb stylish & Great Value for money.
