Very Useful Supplement
I've been suffering with diabetic neuropathy in my right hand, and had read that Alpha Lipoic Acid can relieve the symptoms. After taking two tablets a day for a few weeks I've definitely noticed a slight improvement. I'd recommend this for anyone with a similar condition.
