Grinding wheel
The wheel had a lot of wobble and was out of round when I first installed it. I trued up the mounting discs on my lathe; the wobble was greatly reduced. I used a diamond tool to try to reduce the out of round. Disappointed. I don't think I should have to do this on a new wheel, a little maybe, but this was excessive. It is usable now, and I like the grind I get.

Grinding wheel is made in Mexico to average specifications. The adapters to size the arbor fit loosely due to the over sized hole in the wheel making it wobble out of round. Corrections were made by shimming the adapter. As with all new wheels, once mounted the wheel will need to be trued with a diamond dresser. Other than that the wheel works well.

Quality control issue
It needed a lot of resurfacing (out of round) since I bought it to sharpen tools. The quality has gone down since the last one I purchased from norton.
