The Engineered Specialties M7500 RapidAir MaXLine Master Kit features nickel-plated brass fittings. It is resistant to corrosion and entirely leakproof. The seals use a double o-ring design which meets all the standard OSHA guidelines. This kit works with most compressor oils and can run in temperatures between -40 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit. When used at 70 degrees, the system offers 175 PSI of working pressure. You don't need any unusual or expensive tools to use this kit.Product Identifiers

Great air-line kit!
The 3/4" kit is a great kit. The product cam well packaged, was delivered promptly (Northern Tool) and had all the parts indicated in the listing. It was fairly straight-forward to install, I found some Rapid-Air video's on Youtube to help me better understand the steps. Alot of folks complained about it being hard to work with the line (as it comes rolled up). I treated it like steel automotive fuel/brake line and it worked just fine. My biggest issues were: - The air-line drops (outlets) have an opening in the back (kit comes w/plugs to close them up). I (very dumb) installed the drop and pressurized the system, forgetting to plug the back hole. No big deal, just had to unbolt from the wall, put some tape/pipe-dope on the plug and re-install - problem solved - I wish they had included a couple of more 3/4" to 1/2" NPT fittings. I installed an air-dryer in my setup, and it uses up your 1/2" NPTs quickly. - Too bad the kit doesn't have a way to T-off and plug the unused side. T's included are compression fittings only (meaning you have to join a 3/4" aluminum line). I was hoping to T-off and plug the one side until later (for a subsequent drop). Right now, I just have 1 single drop (sufficient for my shop). I probably used < 15' of aluminum line! All in all a well-made kit, much better than the retail (soft-line) 3/8 or 1/2" Rapid-Air version you see for sale. If you have a larger compressor (mine is an I/R 80gallon 2-stage) you need the heavy-duty lines.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy kit
It was easy to lay out and install. It moves a lot of air. The kit needs an option to order extra drops and accessories. After install I can't find any leaks but you can see a drop in pressure if you let it sit over night so something is leaking somewhere. Great Stuff....install it with a friend
This stuff is pretty awesome....If you been doing compressed air systems we all know what black iron, copper, etc., are like to install. This pipe is much stiffer than I thought it would be but I think that is it's big plus in the finished installation. Just have a helper with you when you straighten out the roll as you use it. I ran about 120 feet of it and had NO leaks whatsoever in this pipe. A tip...make sure you run the reamer completely up to the cutting shoulders of the device. This will guarantee leak free fittings every time. I'll never go back to the old piping materials.
