Excellent vinegaqr
Real Sarson's vinegar is a proper preservative, not like the cheaper varieties, which get a scum on the top after six months or less. If you use vinegar for preserving, then Sarsons is the only one to use, and add your own pickling spice. Added to which, it tastes the BEST on fish and chips!
