The best colon cleanse product in the market. There are other natural options like diets based on vegetables and fruits, but sometimes are hard to follow because the ingredients are expensive, availability/quality issues, time consuming or laziness (the main reason). The Dr Natura Colonix kit is an easy option to detox your body with 1 intake at the end of the day (drinking kleritea) and another intake first thing in the morning (paranil + colonix fiber). On the side effects: no cramps, no stomach discomfort, nada. Just be aware that if you are going to cleanse your colon...well, you have to go to the toilet, so be careful if you are going to spend the weekend in an all day fishing/soccer/barbecue tournament. The benefits? Goodbye to belly bloat, tiredness and some extra pounds (in my case many extra pounds). There are some ugly images on internet that shows what Dr Natura Colonix is removing from your colon. Kind of disturbing the build up we can have in our stomach.
