I love these black wrapp-it styling strips. The length and width are perfect to fit any size head, plus length-wise the strips are stretchable so that they can be tied to stay secure. I even use the strips to sleep in for my up-do hairstyles. You may need to use 2 strips depending on up-do hairstyle if you choose to use them to sleep in, but that is fine because on the length and width. Sleeping in the strips really maintained my up-do hairstyle like I just came from the hair salon. Maybe one day they will make even wider strips so that you don't have to use 2 strips for certain hairstyles. Really love these strips and that they are black and they do not damage your hair.
