Good vice for the price
I am very happy that this vice holds hooks rock solid. The cam functions easily to open and close. The clamp is super light weight and also holds very well with no slippage. The finishing of the vice is not really high end as there appears to be some very minor dents on one of the edges and the screw that extends out the back of the vice near the rotary handle is almost sharp to the touch. The one I received also did not have the brass part - it was all black. Overall I would still recommend this vice as it holds hooks so solidly and is easy to use - that matters most to me.

The best rotary vise for the money. Easy to tie on. Smooth action, holds hooks very well from the smallest to the largest that I have tried. Made my tying much easier, should have purchased before now. GREAT VISE.....

Nice used vise, arrived in damaged condition.
It’s a nice vise with both the table clamp and the Pedestal base. However, this unit arrived with a detached and broken jaw spring making it more difficult to operate correctly. I reached out to Griffin to see if I could get a replacement spring but I have not heard back from them.
