Having quite a few Nokia's in the past, my first awful experience occured with one(not this one), and because I had tied myself inyo a two year contract, I was pretty well in the mire, so I needed a replacement. Enter the E71, first the bad bits, the battery was almost useless(robably the original), I purchased a replacement battery on E-bay now that is not a problem. also be aware that if you have neanderthal fingers this is probably not the phone for you. The good bits, Qwerty keyboard, useable joystick, desktop type layout, useable sat-nav function, eveything is very similar to a laptop. all in all a cracking little device, one day all phones will be as good as this one, Hopefully.
This is a nice phone that is not a touchscreen phone. It has a QWERTY keyboard that is easy to use. The battery is strong and the reception is good also. Easy to surf on the net. Takes a bit of getting used to but all in all its a good phone.
The Nokia E71 product I purchased is a great phone for the modern world. plenty of features for people on the move,(e mails,sat nav,office apps).The nokia is Easy to use with an excellent battery life
I'm a pensioner and find this phone very easy to use,the keyboard is raised which means you don't hit the wrong key,it picks up WiFi easily
