Great starter camera for kids.
This is the third used Coolpix I have purchased for my grandchildren to use. The one using it the most is 6. It doesn't handle being dropped and banged around but they tend to last a couple years before I have to start searching for another one. For less than the expensive kids cameras that take horrible photos they can learn the basics of photography. Great little camera for girls...
I bought this for a 7 year old girl and she LOVES it! The magenta pink is perfect for girls. Mine had expected scuffs and scrapes for a used camera but the battery door was damaged and will not close as tight as it should.
