I've recently switched over from durum wheat pasta to this and it is exceptionally good. I can advise to rinse it well in a sieve prior to microwaving as the water it is packed in has an odd odour. once mixed in with your chosen sauce its great and as you know virtually fat free!! I will never go back to wheat pasta again and I am watching the weight come off.
