Not quite "Professional" standard, these tools are adequate for infrequent use. They give a clean thread, and are simple to use. On the whole they are value for money

This item was delivered very promptly. However the following faults came to light. The 8mm die was so far out of true to be unusable. The 8mm tap was a plug and as such could not be used to cut a new thread and the nose of the tap wrench is so soft it would grip the tap firmly enough to work with my own taps. In conclusion I am old enough to realise you only get what you pay for but this item is not fit for purpose.especially as it is described as HEAVY DUTY PROFESSIONAL. Its in the bin!!!!

Acceptable for the price. I wasn't expecting much for the price so I wasn't unduly disappointed by the lack of quality. There were flashings on some of the cutting edges. The box is insecure - some of the items has fallen out of the box despite adequate external packing. On the plus side the tool did the job I had purchased it for and I expect I will use it again. Hence I would recommend it if your needs do not justify paying more for better quality.

The materials are poor and the manufacturing is poorer. I tried using a die to clean up a slightly mangled thread, but it completely ruined it (and it wasn't that I fitted it on badly, the start of the thread was OK until I used this.) I tried a couple more times, but they really are rubbish, so I just sent it to the metal recycling and bought a better set.

Not sure what all the negative comments were about. Arrived very quickly, and did the job perfectly. Ok, I'm no expert, but it worked for me.
