This thing is JUNK. Go look at wifi extender reviews in general. The technology is either not there or what is BLOWS. My wife and I purchased a tp link ac1900 on ebay, around seventy bucks. We have now invested at least six hours into doing their instructions over and over. i've tried up close, I've tried distance blah blah blah.
