Beautifully crafted, very accurate but real quiet alarm.
Nice weight. Tells time real good. Easy to read at night. Love that my wrist is free of the watch band. Now for the not-so-good. You can't hear the alarm. The compass is just there for decoration. I even went to the nearest Dakota Watch store/kiosk 110 miles away and discovered these problems are universal. Dakota was sympathetic to my concerns and offered a 20% discount on any other watch, even though I didn't buy the watch from them. I just couldn't find a watch I wanted to buy. Minus and Plus
The Chinese instructions are a bit difficult to decipher, but I got it set up ok. I wish the loop that connects the watch to a belt loop, or what ever was a bit longer. I hook it to a belt loop on my jeans and can barely see the watch because of my tummy. Also, the alarm sound is not audible at a reasonable distance. A good option if you don't want a wristwatch
I work on government facility where phones are not allowed, I took my wristwatch off and misplaced it -- that's when I decided to look for another option.
