Actually works!!
Waited 2 wks to review to see if hair would grow back. 90%of hairs DID NOT grow back so I’ll have to redo some. I’m shocked this actually worked. Take your time learning how to insert the little needle, it’s tedious but do-able. I practiced on the hair on my big toe (ew!) and only a couple of hairs grew back. I MAY have initially missed those hairs because the skin swelled up a little so it was hard to know which ones I’d already done. I had dark red spots afterwards for 2 weeks but they have now faded to barely noticeable. I did my husbands upper back (shoulders) a couple of days after shaving it so the hair was in its initial growing stage (this is important!!) and every hair I did did not grow back. I did however leave the needle thing in for longer than 15 seconds - more like 30 - and had the level set at 7 on him. For my toes the level was set between 6 and 7, started at 6 and moved up half way through. You should feel a little pulsing zap if the needle is inserted correctly. I love this machine!! Oh, also do not try to tweeze the hairs out right away. I tried that and sometimes it would break off or not come out easily with the base attached. I ended up zapping about 20 hairs then went back to tweeze and they came out easily.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Do not buy !!
You have to try to stick a small needle into your skin next to the air and then it shocks causes pus to come out but not the hair and then leaves a red mark for several days it would take you two years to clear up a patch 1 inch square and you would be scarred for life. Follow directions and it works!
The water contact is key to creating the circuit. Yeah it does the buzz and you get used to feeling like a mosquito is poking you — but it’s amazing how it gets rid of the hair and it falls out. I know there is a conductive gel they sell that might help make it easier to keep on your fingers that hold the stylus. You may need a magnifying lens with a swing arm so you can move re easily direct the stylus to the hair. It’s amazing how it slides into the follicle when you practice a few times. works, not much pain, tweezers suck, follow instructions, don't press hard
works great, put battery in, use light to find hairs, put salt water mix on fingers, grasp firmly but lightly, aim for hair and it should go in, once it slides into hair hole with ease, wiggle around in circles and watch as whitish ooz bubbles from hair pore, pull hair out with tweezers, if worked correctly, should come without any effort if you need help watch videos of professional machines, for best results place a wet finger on your skin where you are holding the device so it doesn't need to travel so far to get to the hairVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
