I don't like it, I love it!!!!!
This hose is a genuine part and was easy to fit. It glides in and out of the hoover when required, like a knife through butter. I have had my Dyson from new and the hose had always been a fight to get in and out. Once it developed a hole I patched it with parcel tape. Eventually it became completely rammed and I would need to lay down after putting such effort into trying to extract it. So now-deep joy. Use these people.
