Monacle. Black on string necklace
The monacle was too large for my eye socket. Also they had it strapped down to cardboard with two hard plastic straps. It was very hard to free monacle without damaging it. I think it is junk. The monacle doesn't even help you see small print better. [Reason I bought monacle ] It's worthless junk. I was ripped off!

Galleries not high enough
Monocles are not simply round lenses in a wire frame; they have two metal D-shaped loops set 180-degrees apart. These galleries fit outside the upper and lower eyelids to "lock" the monocle in place as it is worn. This costume monocle has the galleries, but they are so small and low that wearing the monocle requires the wearer to consciously squint to keep the monocle from falling off the eye.
