don't buy a slew of spices, this mix is perfect!
as an avid, american cook like myself, i have always wanted to dive into the indian cuisine to see what the flavors of dishes are like with curry. This mix right here seems to be a premium, all in one source! i tried the powder the minute it arrived at my doorstep! Now I see what the rave is all about! The flavors from this powder are very vibrant, and add a nice tone of flavor with chicken and vegetables that makes you want to go for more curry flavor! Bravo!
