Quick Backups to your laptop or desktop
I bought this drive to replace the Acronis software when it stopped working. The good points are its compactness and ease of use for backing up. The downside is that I am now using a laptop most of the time rather than the previous desktop, so having it dangling on the end of its USB cable is clumsy. I now just plug it in every couple of days and backup, then disconnect it again. This shows up another disadvantage in that it seems impossible to turn it off while the laptop is running, so backups need to be done just before you shutdown.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This Hardrive is a tidy solid bit of kit. Very easy to install. If you have a Panasonic television with a USB recording port then just plug it in the port it instructs you to. Format the drive as instructed by the television and away you go. It's as easy as that. Such an easy P&P drive to use. Come with connection USB cable to get you fully started. Small size big capacity

Nice unit
