surprisingly affordable 4K performance
The advertising does not draw much attention to the fact of most TVs operating from an infrared remote control over the last 4 decades but this one is radio frequency. The TV this one replaces almost never heard its remote control unless I got up & pushed buttons at point blank range. I love not having to even aim this remote control --- a real luxury ! For the last 10 years, I have gone out of my way to buy only TVs with a 120 Hz refresh rate so I don't see that soap opera blur, but suspected the rest of the hardware on this TV was so advanced that I could get away with settling for 60 Hz & it looks brilliant with no blur; I can't tell the difference in refresh rate & everything about the picture looks great ! It otherwise has all the features I like (& asked for) without the need for a 50-button remote control. Thank goodness I placed this TV in a setting where the only viewing of it would accommodate the glossy screen & limited viewing angle, so I'll have to be careful if I buy another to go in a brighter room with more seating, but the wife & I are very happy with its performance in our bedroom.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good value 4k
For someone who wants a decent 4k television at a good price, this is it. However, if it is to be set up in a home theater situation, it can be complicated and buggy, and there are a lot of steps to get right. Getting rid of all the advertising (and you're stuck with some, regardless) is a time-consuming chore. After attempting to use a harmony remote hub for several days, I finally reverted to my old harmony 650, which set up perfectly. Warranty is a must
