So easy to use
I bought this guage as I was sick of these pen type gauges that never seal properly against the valve and let more air out and are innacurate, also the foot pump gauges seem to vary in accuracy too. This is great, I checked all 4 tyres in about a minute, just press it on the valve, no leaking, gives an instant reading. The only negative is that the gauge has to be on the tyre to read it, once you remove the gauge the needle goes back to zero but that's no big deal.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

good quality gauge
I ordered this gauge because I have come to expect great value for money from Draper tools and I wasn't dissapointed. The gauge is made entirely out of metal (except the glass of course) and has the feel and weight of a quality item, It seals to the valve well and is easy to read no matter where the valve happens to be. Nice little gauge.
Very neat little gauge. Great to keep in the glove box of the car for the occasional check when a tyre looks a bit down, however, I would not recommend it as a main gauge simply because the one I received is 2psi slow (hence 4* rating) when compared to an old pcl stick type gauge and the gauge on my compressor, both of which agree exactly. The pcl gauge was infact calibrated against a master gauge a few years ago so I would put my money on that one being correct. Incidentally like many gauges it has to be held against the valve perfectly in line or air tends to escape from the seal.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
