I am not a fan of Bluetooth. I find it temperamental and too easy to get something wrong. The dongle works fine with my bluetooth headphones and I have had my phone connected but I cannot get my fitbit to connect. That said, I have always had difficulty in connecting my fitbit but this is the first time it has completely failed. What makes me highly suspicious is that they offer to sell you an extra dongle for communicating with your pc/laptop. Brilliant product outstanding price.
Plugged it into my Windows 10 PC, it was recognized instantly and a driver installed without need for installation CD. Switched on a Bluetooth speaker and it connected immediately. Does waht it say's on the label
This is a nice small well built dongle. Once you install the supplied drivers. The dongle works well and the range is good, my last dongle caused some lip sic problems, but not this one, which could just be the drivers.
